Mark Ronson, went from wunderkind DJ to superstar on his 3rd Album (coming out this fall). JAY-Z and Diddy tabbed him for all their private parties thanks to his amazing record collection and ability to mash up classic hits and soul samples with modern hip hop and R&B. He's a great producer who has done a lot with Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen, Kenna, Kanye West, Maroon 5 and a whole slew of others.
