Hey Girl, Wanna Hang Out?
I love Chuck Inglish from the Cool Kids, fun rapper and great producer, his beats have matured and have such a unique cool sound. Here's a great example off a really chill, fun and summertime good vibe mixtape. This is from Chip the Ripper's "Gift Raps" mixtape, its for free and you can download it here. Now lean back and chill out and enjoy. Go hang out with someone.

Dear Anne (Stan Part 2)
New Track from Lil' Wayne, "Dear Anne" is a song about struggling with a long distance relationship. I think this track really shows off one of Wayne's most powerful qualities, the ability to let us pass the rock/rap star persona and display vulnerability. He and Kanye are probably the two best current rappers at this (Drake, Atmosphere and Cudi may have something to say about that, but aren't in the same stratosphere of stardom as Kanye and Wayne are). It's also mentioned in a great article linked below:
"There's also Lil Wayne's "Dear Anne," in which he tells a long-distance girlfriend he's trying to stay faithful to her and failing. Wayne is masterful at this kind of song,7 the introspective late-night-in-a-hotel-hallway real-talk song, because Wayne is like the smartest dude in the world."
Some comments on introspective rap artists (specifically Kanye) and comparative analysis of Lil' Wayne, Nicki Minaj and Drake's attempts at showing vulnerability.

The Weeknd
Gchat that just happened. Just get this. It's great. (http://the-weeknd.com/) House of Balloons. Tracks: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8 are all strongly recommended.
me: yeah, I'll have to go back to my old stomping grounds and find out whats up.
also, not sure if this is exactly up your alley
but...
this is a really awesome mixtape that I've been jamming to for a couple weeks. You should check it out.
if you like R&B or Kid Cudi at all. Its atmospheric, spacey, music about sex and drugs basically. So it's like Kid Cudi, Trey Songz and Drake had a baby, and then produced an indie record
this would be that record/baby mutant.
